This company is very efficient from the owner Matt to his team led by Joey. They recently cleaned out a cottage for me, removing all the old carpet, insulation, mouse droppings etc. They went above and beyond to make sure every space was cleaned. I highly recommend this business.

Matt was a hands-on specialist whose full intent is a complete job & customer satisfaction. He went above & beyond helping set up dumpster, arranging a car removal & meeting with mobile home staff to insure a problem-free situation. His pricing was also extremely reasonable!

We have done 2 installments of work with Bio-One. Great people and very trust worthy crew. They have been professional the whole time and have given me options along the way. would highly recommend!

Bio One came today to remove mouse droppings and decontaminate our basement and attic. Matt and Joey paid great attention to detail. They got rid of all the old insulation that served as a pathway throughout our lower level and moved ALL basement items for clean up. Best money spent all year! I can now easily seal up holes to the outside and prevent future problems! Thank you Bio One! Highly recommend.

Have used Bio-One for two different jobs that I could never have handled myself: cleaning up a room trashed by a former tenant and full of medical waste, among other things, and cleaning a shed that was turned into a raccoon latrine. Highly satisfied with each service call. Matt is detail oriented, responsive, and helpful, and I'd thoroughly recommend him and his crew for any tough jobs.

I can't say enough about Bio-One! these guys were absolutely fantastic. Understanding, helpful, and did everything they could to make this go as smoothly as possible. From the first meeting with Matthew, to when Joey and his crew left, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. Their pricing was fair and they stuck to the quote they estimated. Highly recommended, when you need it done right, these are the guys to call without a doubt.
